No need to Worry we are here for you to aid with this current issue. At ChefNIC and Co. we have created a new Take Home meal program to serve you. We have curated a weekly menu that you can order the 2 days before and have delivered to your home. This menu will advance as a rotating menu that changes weekly to offer seasonality items but also has staples that you can order everyday (simple proteins, vegetables, sides and more.
We also will make custom meal plans that provide the most essential nutritional facts. We will put together packages that range from breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, detox and drinks. We offer vinaigrettes by the pint, proteins, plant-based options, beans, legumes and more. We house our very own baker who supplies us with a variety of pastries, and sweet treats. So please reach out to us and let us put together the right plan for you.

When ChefNIC and Co. is part of an event we strive at making everyone feel at comfort, including the host. We pair an exceptional service with amazingly crafted meals. We come into any event and completely set up and breakdown the entire buffet wherever the client likes. We bring in our own servers, chefs and clean-up crew if desired. We make sure we leave the place looking just as well as it was before we arrived. Our Passion is making you feel at comfort and Peace, it’s what we have been called and blessed to do.
Our company name came from our founder Chef Dominic Sean Parks JR. He created "ChefNIC" from the last 3 letters of his first name. N.I.C. which has a meaning behind it and houses the core of our mission statement

We are a team of Hospitality officials from Chefs, bakers, banquet captains’ servers and more who have a passion and mission for Creating Tasteful Memories for our clients and consumers. At ChefNIC & Co. our mission is to produce remarkable dining experience by surpassing our Clients expectations with tantalizing cuisine, extraordinary service, and artistic presentation.

Dominic Parks Jr Created this company while attending the University of Arkansas and studying Hospitality and Restaurant Management. While growing the business he gained clients by selling food at a stand outside the bars and clubs on Dickson street. He then grew into catering events and buffets for Sams Club, Walmart, Dealership, Weddings, Graduations birthdays and various athletic department for the U of A.
He then went through a few hardships along the way that caused some setbacks with identity theft which led to bankruptcy and a heart condition he battled with for a few years. Throughout his battle he found Christ and continued to fight his way to achieve his dream in growing ChefNIC and Co. In 2014 he moved to Dallas and started studying at the Art institute of Dallas to grow his knowledge and perfect his craft of cooking and being a chef. After graduating he worked in various fields of the restaurant industry so he could gain all the experience and knowledge he needed to make ChefNIC and Co. very successful. Through his journey he has learned through his testimony he can also provide a way for others seeking to achieve their dreams in this field and give them the guidance he has been blessed with.

I have a passion for cooking and serving delicious meals to family, friends, and clients. I have a calling to lead a strong team of people in this company and I aspire to aid them to grow as well as for me to learn from them. I believe food and service is an amazing way to create lifelong memories so I give my all do to so for the people I serve personally and in the business. I studied Hospitality and restaurant management at the University of Arkansas and culinary science at The Art Institute of Dallas. Hey this is Jaime Parks, who currently resides in Frisco with her husband Chef Dominic Parks, daughter (Izabella), and fur baby (Sassy). I attended college at West Texas A&M university and received a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. When I'm not working you can find me baking and working on new recipes, spending time with family, serving at One Community Church or bible journaling.
I'm Roderick Spencer, and I'm 34 years old. A dedicated father and husband with strong southern roots, who prides himself on cooking delicious meals using fresh and local ingredients for my family and others. I have an Associate's Degree in Culinary Science that I acquired in 2015 and multiple years of fast-paced prepping, organizing, and directing under Chef Dominic Parks. I have a passion for fresh ingredients due to my upbringing in the small town of Columbus, Mississippi where everything is home grown. I'm inspired by my roots and try to bring rich, soulful nourishment through every dish I create.
I am Corey Dorn, Saint Louis native, and lover of all food. Twenty years of friendship between Chef Dominic and I caused for enthusiasm in being a part of ChefNIC & Co. I remember the days of elementary school where he would make us all ramen noodles and homemade pickles and both were so unique and different from any way I had them before. I fully support and am at the disposal of the brand. My favorite things to do are weightlifting, praying, and eating.
Bonjour! Je m’appelle Jasmine Dorn, wife of Corey Dorn. I am a pharmacist by trade and a food lover by nature. As an alumni of a prestigious pharmacy college, I naturally am apt to ensuring that the quality of this brand is upheld with integrity. My late father Michael Joseph Hunt was a chef so enjoy being able to continue his legacy throughout this company as well. Random facts about me: I enjoy singing, gardening, and talking to my cats. Also i am a huge fan of everything from “struggle food” to fine dining. Let’s Eat!
I’m Marquis Parks, Graphic Designer for ChefNIC and Co. I currently reside in Irving, TX with my son, my daughter, and their mother. I have been working in the Graphic Design field since graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Designing is my ultimate passion. Everything I do always has a tie to Graphic Design – whether it be designing logos for companies like ChefNIC and Co., or designing my own clothing. I strive to create logos/designs that tie in a customer’s ideas with their passion to get their message across in a way that they may not have imagined.
As the Executive Chef and leader of all culinary operation. I take privilege in the products and services we provide. I fully stand behind and fully Practice Creating Tasteful Memories for our clients as well as my culinary team. My team is family and we work together with love and respect. I have goals and dreams to own a fleet of food trucks doing special events as well as using my culinary gifts to tech cooking classes. Born and raised in Texas and Texas Proud.
Hi! My name is Jasmine Reyes and I'm currently in school to be an early childhood educator at the University of North Texas. I'm currently a bartender and love meeting new people and hosting guests! In my spare time I play the ukulele, rock climb, and take care of my many, many plants. I come from a Filipino background that's proud and strong (also OBSESSED with food and hospitality!). I have a lot of love for serving my community and having conversations with strangers, friends, and family!
Greetings, I'm Carrie Maude, a proud mother and wife. My favorite cuisines are Mediterranean or Indian; I love dishes with an abundance of flavors and spices! I pride myself on staying fit and enjoy inspiring others around me to live healthy. You’ll probably catch me riding my bike, running, or in a yoga or Zumba class whenever I get the opportunity. In 2011, my husband Kam and I started our vegetarian journey; and a few years later we went completely vegan. In the past 9 years, we have developed a passion for plant-based cooking and created a collection of wholesome vegan recipes that we aspire to share with others. “Let food be thy medicine” - I am pursuing certification as a dietician because I want to share the knowledge of the healing and medicinal qualities of foods. I hope to inspire others to choose to live more consciously not only for themselves, but for our planet.
